Routine:
Always use a soft-bristled toothbrush to avoid damaging your gums. Add one pump of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, paying equal attention to all the surfaces of your teeth (front, back and chewing surfaces) as well as your tongue and the inside of your cheeks. Tilt the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums and use gentle, circular strokes rather than back-and-forth movements. Repeat at least twice a day, ideally after each meal. Smile! You have fresh clean breath!
